Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy remains in the top spot for another week fending off some surprising new releases including LEGO: The Incredibles and Octopath Traveler.
This news comes as no real surprise considering the game’s run in the UK Gaming Charts following its initial release on PlayStation 4. This gives Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy its seventh number one.
Once again, however, Crash Bandicoot holds onto first place by the skin of its teeth as it barely fends of LEGO The Incredibles which debuts in second place this week. According to Chart-Track, this is one of the better performing LEGO video games selling just below last year’s LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2, but performing better than LEGO Ninjago: The Movie.
LEGO The Incredibles itself also had some competition from Square Enix and Octopath Traveler which debuts in third place. The game launched exclusively on Switch and is overall performed really well.
Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker also re-enters the charts thanks to the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS re-release. Though unsurprisingly the Switch version of the game scored the most sales.
Finally, the only other new release was Shining Resonance Refrain which lands in twenty-seventh.
