Bandai Namco has unveiled a few more characters that’ll be part of their upcoming fighter/brawler, Jump Force.
In the latest issue of V-Jump/Shonen Jump, Bandai Namco unveiled more characters coming to the Jump Force roster. These characters come from Yoshihiro Togashi’s Hunter x Hunter, as well as characters from Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece.
On the Hunter x Hunter side, we’ve got rookie hunter Gon Freecss and hunter Hisoka Morow. In the mag, we also see that One Piece’s Marshall D. Teach and Sanji will be joining the game too.
Also revealed was a new battle stage for Jump Force, Planet Namek from Dragon Ball, and blending in the “real world” aspect, the planet now features the Statue of Liberty. Finally, it was also revealed that characters’ costumes will receive damage as they battle.
This news follows on from the recent addition of Bleach’s Rukia and her Bankai.
You can check out a scan of V Jump below. I’m sure it won’t be too long until Bandai Namco releases a trailer and more details on these four new characters.
Jump Force is set to land on PS4, Xbox One, and PC in 2019.
