Just under a year ago, a Pet Sematary remake was confirmed. Now, Entertainment Weekly has given us the first look at the upcoming remake.

The images include the sign for the Pet Sematary, main character Louis Creed (Jason Clarke) and his whole clan, Jud Crandall (John Lithgow), their elderly neighbor, and Church, the Creed’s cat, who is resurrected thanks to the supernatural forces that lurk within the Sematary. There is also a picture of cast and crew convening on set.

Pet Sematary follows Louis Creed and his family as they move into rural Maine. After Church is hit by a car and killed, Louis discovers that there is much more to the woods behind his home than meets the eye. Supernatural forces subvert natural order.
