Focus Home Interactive has announced that DONTNOD Entertainment’s fantastic vampire RPG, Vampyr, is coming to Nintendo Switch.
Announced as part of Focus Home’s financial results for the first half of FY18/19, Vampyr will be coming to Nintendo Switch to “maximise the potential of the license”. This followed the news that the game had been a success on all three platforms, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
Oddly, despite being in the financial results, Focus Home Interactive has yet to officially announce the Switch port, though this will likely come as part of Le What’s Next De Focus, their French press event usually held in January.
This would, of course, mean that it won’t be landing on the console until 2019, though it’d definitely be worth the wait to play Vampyr on the go.
This, of course, isn’t the only thing Focus Home plans to do with Vampyr to maximize the potential as the game is also being turned into a TV Show over at FOX.
