At X018 Microsoft has finally announced that Crackdown 3 is set to launch worldwide on February 15, 2019 – what’s more, it’ll be hitting Game Pass on the same day.
At the event, Microsoft announced the release date as well as the global reveal of the game’s multiplayer mode, Wrecking Zone, a mode in which two teams of five work together to destroy the opposition by, well… destroying the entire city. Attendees at Xbox FanFest: Mexico City will be able to play Wrecking Zone this weekend.
A new trailer has also been released which features everyone’s favourite Crackdown rep, Terry Crews, doing what he does best.
Microsoft has also revealed that to celebrate the announcement, the original Crackdown will be available for free from now until November 30 which is of course backward compatible on Xbox One and Xbox One X.
