Codemasters’ GRID Autosport is heading to Nintendo Switch in 2019 Feral Interactive has announced.
GRID Autosport had a pretty good run on last-gen systems before the Xbox One and PS4 game along. Released back in 2014 the game was last in the GRID series to be released and marked a triumphant end for racing titles on the Xbox 360 and PS4.
Since then, the game has found its way onto mobile devices, PC and Mac, and has always been received pretty favorably. Come 2019, the game will also find its way onto the Nintendo Switch, and I’m pretty damn excited about that one.

“GRID Autosport’s AAA production values and deep yet accessible gameplay will make it a fantastic addition to the Nintendo Switch. Following its success on iOS, we’re thrilled to bring it to Switch players,” said David Stephen, Managing Director of Feral Interactive.
Currently, the release window is 2019, but we’re hoping it comes sooner rather than later as there are plenty of decent racing titles heading for the Switch in the coming months.
