PlayStation Awards 2018 have drawn to a close, and with 29 awards given out, we’ve got the full rundown of this year’s winners.

Well, the video game award season has officially started and is in full swing with the PlayStation Awards 2018 having drawn to a close. At this year’s installment of the annual prize show, 29 awards were given out… although none of them were simple participation awards either, these games are the real deal!

Just in case you missed it Sony PlayStation held their annual Award ceremony in Tokyo on Monday; all prizes were awarded based on performance and preference from within Asia and Japan. Although the prizes were awarded to games across seven categories, it was clear that success with regards to sale figures was the celebrated feature of the evening.

Although several titles, and their development teams, took home more than one prize, it was Capcom’s Monster Hunter: World that walked away somewhat the champion of the evening. Below you can find the full list of this year’s winners.

Awarded to titles with an accumulated shipment quantity of over four million copies.

Platinum Prize

Awarded to titles with an accumulated shipment quantity of over one million copies.

Gold Prize

Awarded to titles with an accumulated shipment quantity of over 500,000 copies.

PlayStation Network Award

Awarded to the top three network sales titles between October 1, 2017, and September 30, 2018.

PlayStation VR Award

Awarded to three titles, released between October 13, 2017, and September 30, 2018,   that have contributed to PlayStation VR.

  • No Heroes Allowed! VR (Sony Interactive Entertainment)

Users Choice Prize

Awarded to the top 10 titles, released between October 1, 2017, and September 30, 2018, as voted by users
