Bioware teased a new Dragon Age title with a cryptic trailer at The Game Awards 2018.
Bioware took to The Game Awards 2018 to tease their new Dragon Age title, which will almost certainly NOT be called Dragon Age 4. The project has been on the backburner while the studio finishes off Anthem, but it’s nice to have some confirmation on a new title in the works.
Players who haven’t completed inquisition will be a little confused by the #DreadWolfRises hashtag, at the end of the teaser, but it’s definitely worth a playthrough to find out.
“We have been working on a new Dragon Age game for quite a while now and I am pleased to finally tease the existence of this project!” executive producer Mark Darrah said in Bioware’s accompanying blog post.
“While we won’t be sharing any details for now, I can tell you we have been building a new team around a core of Dragon Age veterans, people I’ve worked with on Dragon Age, Jade Empire, and some of whom I’ve worked with since the Baldur’s Gate days.”
