The last few months have been hard on fans of Telltale’s The Walking Dead series of video games and after the initial closure of Telltale Games and Skybound’s announcement of picking up the pieces of season 3 we got wind of a release date. Things seemed to be going along pretty nicely. Now new information has surfaced regarding the actual terms of release.

News broke that the final episodes of the final season will be released on PC via the Epic Games Store exclusively, marking another aggressive push by the new digital store front. If you’ve purchased the season before all of the hicc ups you will be able to download the rest right where you’ve purchased it.

A video answering a bunch of frequently asked questions featuring Melissa Hutchinson, the voice actor for Clem herself, is up right now. If you want a great news round up about the current state of The Walking Dead take a look below.

Of course, this is another step from Epic in their strides for market shares in the digital market for PC games and I’m a bit worried about what the future holds for us customers in the end.
