Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel swooped onto the Saturday morning TV schedules with a bang, but also lead the show into an end of an era for the franchise as Hasbro took custody of the IP from grandparents Saban.

That’s right, the company that manufactured the franchise way back in the 90s found itself for the second time handing over the keys to the iconic TV show they created, this time over to Hasbro. Of course, Haim Saban, the granddaddy of the franchise got a sweet creative consultant gig, but still, Hasbro has ushered in a new era.

Already in terms of what the Power Rangers franchise is now putting out, a vast difference can be seen. With a brand new mobile and a new console game on the way, the future is looking interesting, to say the least.

Looking at the other toys that are on Hasbro’s shelf, like G.I Joe and Transformers, we do see older and younger fans getting appeased. Now we’ve looked forward, let’s look back as we look into what Tyler, Chase, Joda, Riley, Shelby, and Co.

The Train Sentai Was Skipped

Ressha Sentai ToQger, in terms of chronology, should’ve have been next on the conveyor belt for a morph into a Power Rangers series, but for some reason, this season was skipped. As a theme, it was quite unique with the last train thing to appear in the franchise was a Megazord that appeared way back in Lightspeed Rescue.

Looks like ToQger missed the train on this one.

Last Entry Into The Neo-Saban Era

That’s right, it was nearly a decade ago that Saban got their toys back from Disney and begun a new era with Power Rangers Samurai and now it’s come to an end as Hasbro have taken the reigns talk of a wider output of content.

The Season Contained a Dino Charge Team Up

Though only one member showed up, the Dino Charge Blue Ranger came to the aid of the Ninja Steel Rangers and interestingly it was revealed that Dino Charge was set in another universe and another dimension? Just to keep things really separate.

25 Year Aniversary Team Up

The Ninja Steel rangers got to team up with some OG’s rangers as Rocky The Red Mighty Morphin Power Ranger, Gia The Yellow Megaforce Ranger and of course, JDF among others came back for another adventure.

JDF even showed off his Master Morpher which allows him to morph into any of his previous Ranger forms.
