Jack Black, the star of movies such as School of Rock, Orange County, and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle has launched a gaming YouTube channel, and in a little over a week has scored 2.4 million subscribers.
Just before Christmas, Jack Black launched his YouTube Channel titled Jablinski Games along with a single 60-second video which took pop shots at the likes of Ninja and PewDiePie. Since then, the channel has amassed 2,435,797 subscribers as of writing.
That’s an absolutely massive milestone but one that’s not overly surprising given Black’s celebrity status. Though, according to Social Blade, if his subscriber count continues to grow at this rate, he’ll be hitting 62 million subscribers in six months beating out the likes of PewDiePie – something the comedian hopes to achieve.
Currently, Jablinski Games has two videos, both of which have nothing to do with video games, though we can expect gaming content to come this year. In the meantime, check out the announcement video below as well as another celebrating one million subscribers.
