Devil May Cry 5 have announced through their official Twitter page that we’ll be receiving a brand new demo on February 7, 2019.
A previous demo was available early to Xbox One players which has since been removed. Instead, this new demo will replace that, though for any Xbox One owners who did download the first demo will still be able to play it if it’s still downloaded on their console.
The demo will see you play as demon slayer Nero making your way through the dark and moody setting of the Red Grave City streets and end up in an encounter with a giant Goliath boss by the end. You’ll be able to try out switching through the many arms of Nero, granting you many different abilities with each one to obliterate your foes.
Huge thanks to everyone who downloaded and tried out the #DMC5 Xbox One demo! As of today, it will no longer be available for download, but it's still playable if you have it on your system.

I’m looking forward to trying out this new Nero and seeing how his story has progressed since DMC4 and where he’s at now.
Graphically it’s looking very sharp and the photorealism mechanic looks to be used on every aspect of the game making it very beautiful throughout as you slice your way through hordes of demons and giant bosses. Take a look at the trailer released during The Game Awards 2018 at the end of last year right here.
Devil May Cry 5 will release for PS4, Xbox One & PC on March 8, 2019.
