BioWare has officially released part 2 of the ‘This Is Anthem: Gameplay Series’ which now gives us a closer look at the game’s endgame content and how much further we can really take our Javelins.
After completing the main story, Anthem will open up to three new difficulty modes which will enable you to collect and craft better rewards to boost your power, new cosmetics to match your preference, new emotes to stand out from the crowd, and of course, vinyl for your Javelin.
Challenges, contracts, free-play, and strongholds will further your experience. Factions that are dishing out contracts and challenges will continuously appear in Fort Tarsis allowing for interesting side quests to complete giving new blueprints, crafting materials, and coins for cosmetics.
Legendary contracts will appear too, though these will be sectioned out into a few parts and a lot harder to complete… but just think of that sweet sweet loot at the end!
Bioware has also dished out a look at the future roadmap for Anthem to ensure that players know that plenty is in store over the next couple of months.
Strongholds will be a major endgame event and all four of you will have to work as a solid team to verse the most fearsome beasts and obtain the greatest loot that Anthem has to offer.
Real-time world events will appear more frequently and the vague roadmap for the year has already been shown which will allow for, new events, quality of life, new rewards, an expanded progression system, new stronghold, guilds and leaderboards, new missions and The Cataclysm.
