After the very minor announcement at E3 2018, a big reveal of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is planned for the annual Star Wars Celebration being held in Chicago on April 13, 2019.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order developer Respawn Entertainment, will be talking about the game in further detail at the convention. Hopefully, we’ll be treated to more juicy details of the game as well as a full blown trailer to showcase what Respawn has been up to.

With a late 2019 launch on the cards, it seems like the ideal time to start sharing a decent amount of information about the game as the only piece of information we have on the game’s story is that it will center around a Padawan who survived Order 66, and will be set in a time after the fall of the Jedi Order.

EA’s recent success with the licensing rights to the Star Wars franchise have been mediocre at best, with a full fledged attack from the gaming community on how they’ve destroyed the Battlefront franchise and mis-treated the license.

It’s no secret that shady business happened throughout Star Wars Battlefront and Star Wars Battlefront 2which was followed shortly after with the cancellation of other Star Wars games in production.

Hopefully Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will right the wrongs of EA’s doings and reveal an exciting cinematic trailer full of gameplay and in-depth discussions between the panel and it’s fans, but with poor performances from all of their games recently released I highly doubt that this one will be much different. It’ll take a lot for this ‘Empire to Strike Back’ a win with the fans, we can only really be pleading for ‘A New Hope’ at this point.
