Gearbox Software has announced the remaster of Borderlands Game of the Year Edition that’ll be launching next week on Xbox One, PS4, and PC!
Launching on April 3, the Borderlands Game of the Year Edition, which originally launched on Xbox 360 and PS3 back in 2009, will come with a host of new improvements such as enhanced lighting effects, improved character models, and higher quality textures. There’ll also be the addition of a Borderlands 2-style minimap, and four-player split-screen.
The game will also feature 4K textures and support HDR for PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. So you can get fancy all up in here.
As with most Game of the Year re-releases, Borderlands Game of the Year Edition comes with all of the post-release DLC including The Zombie Island of Doctor Ned, Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot, The Secret Armory of General Knoxx, and finally, Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution.
