MediaMolecule has announced that their upcoming title, Dreams, will be launching into Early Access on April 16, 2019.
Remember MediaMolecule? The developer behind the acclaimed LittleBigPlanet? Well they’ve been hard at work on a game that’s been in development for a fricken LONG time. Dreams. Remember that game? Yeah, it first appeared in 2013 and has sporadically appeared at various game events ever since.
Now though, it looks like it’s set to at least become playable to a much wider audience as it’s set to hit early access on PlayStation 4. However, there is a slight caveat… The game will only be available in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and European territories. In addition, there’s also a limit to how many people can purchase.
“Dreams Early Access is limited yes, but it’s a big limit. That being said, to avoid disappointment, we do recommend you purchase as soon as you can to enjoy all of the creator tools available,” wrote Sony.
So there you have it. If you want to dive into the game that has you creating your own game, then I’d dive in as soon as possible. Though at this point, it may be worth waiting for the full release.
