Another week, another Mortal Kombat 11 trailer! Warner Bros. have been kind enough to fans in revealing the official story trailer for the next sequel in the Mortal Kombat series. Bringing back many old faces and some new ones to the franchise, fans can already tell that the developers have more so focused on delivering extensive fan service characters to the fray as seen by in this new trailer.
The new villainess of the series, Kronika the Keeper of Time, seems to be bringing the timelines together in an attempt to continue her goal of getting the original timeline back on course and undoing the actions of the corrupted Dark Raiden.
It looks as if she’ll have to bring back a big bad to help her out and rely on the strength of Shao Kahn and his army to overthrow Dark Raiden and continue her plan, but to what end? We aren’t too sure of currently but I’m sure it would not bode well for either side of the conflict.
