Sony has announced that it’ll be hosting a State of Play livestream next week where it’ll be announcing new game news.
After its decision to duck out of E3 2019, it seems that Sony is taking a leaf out of Nintendo’s book with its Direct broadcasts by hosting its own announcement livestream. It’s debut stream will take place on Monday, March 25, at 2 p.m. PDT.
According to the company, players can expect “new trailers, new game announcements, and gameplay footage”. Furthermore, this won’t be the last as Sony has many planned throughout the year with plenty more announcements for fans. This is apparently is in an effort to find new ways to engage their community.
The first-ever State of Play will be streamed via Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
