Marvel’s Kevin Feige has confirmed that Avengers Endgame will not be the final movie in Phase 3 of the MCU.

As I mention in every Avengers post I do, the time is nearly upon us and my excitement is growing as every hour passes nearer to Endgame. With the excitement comes more and more news the latest being Feige announcing during a fan event in Shanghai, that Avengers: Endgame would not be the final movie in Phase 3. In fact it would be Spider-Man: Far From Home.

In an interview at the event, he said: “It’s (Spider-Man: Far From Home) the end of the third phase. You’re the first one I’ve told that to.”

Many fans had assumed that Endgame would be the end of Phase 3, so it is certainly news that it won’t be and that Spider-Man Far From Home will be a kind of epilogue.

It also means that we don’t actually know any of the movies in Phase 4, so although we are expecting sequels for Doctor Strange, Black Panther, and films for The Eternals, Shang-Chi, Black Widow and Guardians of the Galaxy 3, nothing has been revealed officially. Still, Avengers: Endgame will have to do for the time being!
