Ubisoft has announced the launch of the Crimson Moon content update for Starlink: Battle for Atlas as well as its upcoming PC release.
On April 30, 2019, players on Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One will be able to dive into the Crimson Moon update which will introduce the titular moon into the Atlas Star System. This content will introduce more missions, new racing competitions, as well as new Star Fox missions for Switch.
Five new pilots will be introduced to the game too, as well as three new starships and eleven new weapons which are available separately for purchase digitally.
On the same day, PC players will be able to dive into the game and will contain all of the same content as the console version, it’ll also support DualShock and Xbox One controller mounts for the physical toys, or if the toys aren’t appealing, digital play is also an option.
The Crimson Moon will see the Crimson Coliseum where players will battle waves of enemies to set their ranks among the game’s leaderboards. This can be played both solo or in two-player split-screen.
