Ubisoft might have dropped the ball and accidentally leaked their own announcement for the next Ghost Recon game…
The publisher is expected to announce a brand new Ghost Recon game later today, however, it seems as they were getting things prepared in the Ubisoft Store, someone clicked the wrong button on the game’s Collector’s Edition and published it early.
The game, according to the leak, is called Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, and will be launching this October for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The game is also set to focus around Cole D. Walker, a character who was introduced in Ghost Recon Wildland’s latest free content drop.
Another leak which has since been removed over on Reddit described the game as a “story-driven four-player experience”, not unlike Wildlands, however, this one looks to be less about militia warfare.
Ubisoft is expected to announce the game later on today during a live stream over on Twitch, YouTube, and the game’s website.
Don't miss the #GhostRecon World Premiere event tomorrow, May 9, at 11:30 AM PT / 8:30 PM CEST!
