During Microsoft’s E3 briefing today, CD Projekt RED unveiled the release date for Cyberpunk 2077 in the most surprising way possible.
First, we were given a cinematic trailer for the upcoming title which looked pretty damn great, but just as you thought it was over, none other than Keanu Reeves appeared in-game to help the protagonist.
Then, Reeves stepped out on stage to not only wow everyone, but also to reveal that the game will be launching on April 16, 2020.
Check out the trailer below:
CD Projekt RED has also confirmed that the game will be getting a Collector’s Edition of the game that’s now available to be pre-ordered which includes a 10-inch statue depicting the game’s protagonist — V — in action, a Steelbook case, a hardcover art book, and more.
The Collector’s Edition comes in a fancy box depicted to look like one of the megabuildings towering over Night City.
