In a recent Famitsu magazine, Atlus gave us a look at a couple more third-tier Personas for Yusuke and Ann in their upcoming Persona 5 Royal (re)release.
Like we discussed in our recent P5R article which highlighted Ryuji’s new Captain Kidd evolution, Yusuke and Ann finally get to show off their’s. Yusuke’s new Gorokichi closely resembles his initial Persona who’s name, some feel, derives from Ishikawa Goemon. Ann’s new upgraded Persona is called Célestine. This new persona takes after Célestine Galli-Marié, the creator of Carmen’s role from the famous opera. Similar to Ryuji’s persona, it appears that each character’s new persona will be relatively similar to everyone’s beginner persona.
Atlus seems to be continuously releasing more and more information on the upcoming title. There has been news regarding new palace treasures, Morgana reports about why guns will now be automatically reloaded after every battle, and also about new “Show Time” attacks. Character trailers have been released each week, highlighting everyone’s new and improved abilities and traits.
The Famitsu article also showcases Makoto and Ann’s new Show Time duel attack, as well as Joker and Futaba visiting a new jazz club. Joker appears to also have some new Personas he’ll be able to use at his disposal as well. Be sure to check out all the exciting new images below, and keep checking back with us here at n3rdabl3 as more Persona 5 Royal content is released!
