Originally the Angel & Faith series was met with doubt and more than one person questioning whether or not it would be worth picking up. As ever though, Whedon did exactly what you wouldn't expect. On more than one occasion Angel & Faith took us on more of a ride than the Buffy issue that was facing it in the shelves.

Dark Horse reveal new ‘Starting Points’ program

In June Dark Horse are launching their new Starting Points program, to bring in new and lapsed readers.

The program comes out of this year's annual ComicsPRO meeting. A press release from Dark Horse says "Dark Horse listened directly to retailer feedback on how to spark interest in monthly series, in hopes of bringing in new and lapsed readers" and calls Starting Points "a new way to dive into great ongoing series."

Resident Evil 6 Manga Prequel Launching in the West

Viz Media, the North American Manga publisher, has revealed that it'll be bringing the Japanese Resident Evil 6 manga prequel to North America.

Infinity Ward reveal new Call of Duty: Ghosts DLC

Yesterday Infinity Ward announced a lot DLC for Call of Duty: Ghosts. Devastation will be the second multiplayer DLC for Ghosts and includes a new weapon, the Ripper as well as four new multiplayer maps and a new Extinction episode.

Zombies were removed from Rust in yesterday's update. The patch notes for the 6th of February update say that "we decided we couldn't hold off any longer. The longer we keep zombies in – the more complaints we’d get about removing them."
