Although Borderlands 2 launched in 2012, the game still seems to be doing well for itself as Gearbox has announced that the game has now sold over 12 million units since its September, 2012 release. In February last year it was announced that the game had sold 8.5 million units, making it 2K's best ever title, now it has added 5 million sales on top of that in just a year.
Just over two years ago, Randy Pitchford stood in front of the assembled audience at Rezzed and expressed an interest in bringing Borderlands 2 to the fledgling PS Vita; Sony's latest handheld system. Fast forward to present day and the fledgling Vita has become something of a bad egg -- technically impressive but lacking the first party support its dual screen contemporary has been afforded.

It's coming out in North America in Spring alongside the PS Vita Slim. It will be available as part of a $199 bundle which will include Borderlands 2, the PS Vita Slim and an 8GB memory card. Not too shabby a start eh? It's about to get better.
We've seen the Borderlands 2 season pass come and go. Now we are into phase 2 of the DLC for this FPSRPG with Gearbox doing a little fiddling with the norm. Gearbox has confirmed that a Second Season Pass will not be releasing for the smash RPG Shooter Borderlands 2. Now I'd like to start this review by saying that I hate the idea of DLC. It makes makes me feel like some times the developers of the games are purposely making an unfinished game, selling it for full price, and charging you more money to play what should have already been a complete story (*cough cough* Assassin's Creed 2 and Resident Evil Racoon City.) However there are some instances where a DLC works great like with Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragons Keep definitely falls into the latter category. For this is the first story DLC for Borderlands 2.
