Since 2009 the planet of Pandora has been one of the best open world playgrounds for groups of friends or strangers, but in 2012 this huge world got even bigger. The Handsome Collection has all the Badonkadonks, Butt Stallions, and Loot you could want.
Although Borderlands 2 launched in 2012, the game still seems to be doing well for itself as Gearbox has announced that the game has now sold over 12 million units since its September, 2012 release. In February last year it was announced that the game had sold 8.5 million units, making it 2K's best ever title, now it has added 5 million sales on top of that in just a year.
Third person cover-based shooter, Brothers in Arms, finished kind of abruptly leaving fans of the series in the dark as to what's going to happen in the future for Sgt. Matt Baker. Fortunately developer Gearbox has always been interested in revisiting the franchise.
Gearbox Software are gearing up for the release of the Homeworld Remastered Collection which features both Homeworld and Homeworld 2 lovingly remastered with enhanced visuals and more. We've already seen a fancy new trailer for the story of Homeworld, but what about Homeworld 2?
Announced earlier this year, Gearbox Software revealed that they're bringing the critically acclaimed Homeworld back in a brand new feature packed remastered version which includes both games remastered, retuned, retweaked, and redone, as well as the addition of classic versions of both games for those who really want to experience the box space-ships like they did in the late nineties.
This weekend PAX South was in full swing, and in case you missed it, there was an official Borderlands panel during which, Gearbox chief Randy Pitchford confirmed that the company was "ready to start" production on a new game in the Borderlands franchise, to which he followed up with a Tweet asking for developers looking for work.

Soon you'll be able to play as Handsome Jack in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, kinda - sorta - not really. For the first time ever, everyone's favourite hunk of junk, Claptrap, is a playable character in the upcoming Borderlands title, Borderlands: The Pre-sequel, but if you're not sure what's in store for you when the game launches on October 14, this new walkthrough video will fill you in.
Borderlands: The Pre-sequel has officially finished development and is ready to be sent to presses! Huzzah! Almost as soon as we post IGN's latest video highlighting information about Gearbox's new IP Battleborn, Gearbox decide to one-up that with a video of their own, an eighteen minute video no less, showing off examples of the games co-operative gameplay. If you thought yesterday's video was awesome, then you'll be in awe at this latest footage.
Battleborn is a new game from Borderlands developers, Gearbox Software, this new title was unveiled just after E3 via Game Informer and is set to blend elements from various different game genres and mash them all into one. My favourite character so far in the new Borderlands game gets some gameplay footage in the new video from Gearbox and 2K Australia, displayed...
You may have been duped into thinking that Gearbox have nicked the idea of setting Imperial scum (Grey-Mane FTW) from The Elder Scrolls against each...
Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is the latest game from Gearbox Software, which is technically-speaking the middle game in the Borderlands series (what?), is set to land on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC this Fall. Meaning that those who ditched their last-gen consoles would have to miss-out on this pre-sequel, or at least that's what we thought. Speaking with Gamereactor TV, 2K Australia studio head Tony Lawrence, shed some light on a possible latest-gen port if the demand was there.
